I have no problem with the wrap-up of combat.

The half-elf may put two and two together to get four, but I don't think Rastor and the orcs will be in immediate danger now that I think it over. Still, we shouldn't leave them exposed for too long.

Remember, we found out that one of the rival groups within the temple has been slowly building up to make a grab for power. Our attack is likely to do one of two things: 1) force them to speed up their time table as the try to take power before we can come back an mount another offensive or 2)put their plans on hold as the temple bands together to repel us.

Also, the cultists didn't destroy either Rastor or the orc village 80 years ago when they first occupied the mines. Nor have they done so in the time since. Now, our attack may provide an impetus for them to do so now, but there were no retalitory measures taken after Tymerian's scouting expedition of a few years ago, which would have provided the same impetus.

Finnally, the half-elf seems to be content to just drive us off. If he was afraid that we would come back I doubt he would be so leniant. Especially after what must seem to him to be an easy victory. After all, despite the number of mooks we downed, we never made it past the first room and had the orge and the howler engaged us together, its doubtful we would have lasted at all (a tactical mistake on the half-elf's pert as he will probably see it).

That all said, I think we have a little bit of time before we have to worry about retalitory measures (if any are forth comming). We should use that time to gather materials and plan our next course of action. Eber's extensive spell list may make him seem like a spell junkie, but really its chosen so that he has most of the prerequisite spells needed to craft the wonderous items that he can make and, eventually, the weapons and armor that he will make. He could use some time to prepare a few useful items and scrolls.

Hmm... Well, it seems I'm still not fully up to speed on this ToEE stuff, but that's okay, Eber isn't either.

But, yeah, it was you guys that suggested to Eber (and therefore Rastor) that those occupying the Mine were affiliated with the ToEE. Eber took a chance and beleived you and was rewarded when the information we dragged out of Jim and Bones seemed to confirm your story.

Our encounter today only adds further proof, if any was needed (the zombie's eyes).

Anyway in regards to the upcomming down time, is there any wounderous items in particular your characters would like to have?

Given the sheer number of wounderous items, I think it'll be far easier if you tell me what you want and I'll tell you if Eber can make it, rather than me trying to compile a list.

Also, if Elanor and cap could tell me up to what level spells they can cast on their respective lists. Eber and either Nadia or Pen (or both) could collaborate to make some items that Eber can't make by himself.
