Well as a fairly fragile front line fighter, I would like one. I figure Ythan should have one as well. Maybe give the last to Narthos

Re: OOC Thread | ||

I'd advice that each of the three of you (regular) adventurers have one, as I've the means to heal myself most easily. Taes, if you want to share with Narthos, that's your call.

Re: Narthos' stat | ||

Thanks Darken. Just one question: If his BAB is 1 and his str mod is -1 then wouldn't his melee attack bonus be 0?
Oh yea and is "open luck" a cross class skill? "Story in a game is like story in a porn movie. It's expected to be there, but it's not that important." -John Carmak of Id Software |

Minor correction there, O rangerish one....I'm only a step behind you. I motioned you to take the lead in deference to your mighty tracking skills.
With Taes declining the honor of the front line, I'll be just as happy standing at your side if that be your preference. "Whadda ya mean, Orcs get levels too?!?"

Re: Narthos' stat | ||

He's a small character, thus a +1 size bonus to attack rolls and AC.
But yes, Open Luck is a cross-class skill, so he wouldn't take that. He would change it to Open Lock instead. Darken Light, is the lack of darkness. |

Re: Narthos' stat | ||

Andorax, I'm not certain what you mean exactly. Ythan is standing there with Corian, and whether he is a step ahead or right beside, he still asks the question pertaining to the tracks.
[Edit]Oh, I see, you meant a minor correction to _your_ post. For the life of me, I couldn't figure out what minor correction to my post you were referring to. |

Bah, I keep on forgetting we are a party of 4 (and a half) if you want Taes to stay in front just ask him.

I took YOUR post to be addressed to Era'when, not to myself. My pardon for the misunderstanding. I just wanted to clarify that *I* am not leaving your side to go off into the woods.
I didn't re-read Era'when's post when I posted myself...and for that, my pardon. I'm good with you and I taking center, roguishes taking flanks, and the norker being wherever he cares to. "Whadda ya mean, Orcs get levels too?!?"

Re: Narthos' stat | ||

It's all good, Andorax.
Darken, now that I'm thinking of it, does it look like the place where the spear was broken to have been the site of a combat? If not, can I determine how the spear may have been broken? [edit]GAH! I just posted IC without even looking at the number of replies! Thank God no one else was at that time. Sorry about the close call guys.[/edit] |

Re: Narthos' stat | ||

There are no traces of battle of any sort near the area of the broken spear. The only thing you can make out is the trail.
Darken Light, is the lack of darkness. |

Olivar: Haha, look at the last OOC thread. I think you will find you are not alone in your utter lack of concern for the amount of posts a thread has. The sad part is I did not even know what that I had made the hundreth post untill I say a new OOC thread.

Everything looks quote similiar on this island... mostly rocky areas with seaweed covering, ruins, etc. You can refer to the previous IC description for a more precise look.

Our Mage? | ||

Did the Bumbling Duo (TM) miss Era'when entirely, or is our mage still off in the woods?
Oh, and BTW, Superjosh, which one of us is the "Cruel One"? |

Hey all, just notifying you that, like I said a couple weeks ago, I'm off to the states for a bit over a week. I can probably still post, but it will be sporadic at best. If necessary, just NPC my character. I'll post when I can!

Re: Our Mage? | ||

Just as a reminder...Taes commented about my falling down the stairs creating a big ruccus. While I don't deny that my utterly failed attempt to keep us from being ambushed because we're all watching the stairs with absolute intent was a dumb idea that hurt us all, I would at the very least like to remind him that I am not your stereotypical "Cleric in Full Plate" who used Dex for a dump stat.
While strict point buy cost me the opportunity to have an original-concept-intended higher Dex, it certainly isn't low, and I wear a Mithral Chain Shirt. "Whadda ya mean, Orcs get levels too?!?"

Re: Our Mage? | ||

Yea, I did forget that, but I am pretty sure even mithral chain sounds loud when it lands on top of you:P
