I was looking through my files today, and it occured to me that I haven't posted any writing in quite a while. I finished 'Vengeance of Blood' back in april, and I only added one short story since then. And that one didn't really get any commentary, so I suppose it wasn't good enough to generate anything...
In any case, I wrote this story about a year and a half, two years ago. I've edited it a number of times, but never really thought it good enough to put up here. The first few pages are pretty dull; after that, things really pick up. I suppose things turn out like that sometimes.
To summarize, it's the story of Tal'Arden's early life... although you probably guessed that from the title. In the event that you've got no idea what I'm talking about, Tal'Arden is a character who played a central role in most of my stories on this board. He's a bit stereotypical, I'll admit. But he's fun to write, so I do.
The first story is ~30 pages long in MS word, and has approximately 80,000 characters. So it's a bit long for a single entry; I hope you can forgive me this.
The second story is still in the works, at the moment. It'll be posted eventually... but it might be a while.
