These are re-writes of the love scenes between Geoffrey and Arianna in The Wolverine and the Rose, posted in this forum as The Crystal of Mynos. (I renamed the story, for those who don't know.)
When writing WatR, I originally wrote tame love scenes. However, upon reading scores of romance novels, I realized that I had to beef them up a little, otherwise, the love story seems to get swallowed by the main plotline.
I began writing the second story, The Wolverine and the Jewel with steamier scenes, and decided that I couldn't have two similar stories with such glaringly different love scenes.
Anyhow, I'll be posting here the re-writes of the love scenes, and if you're familiar with the story, hopefully you'll catch the differences. You can always go back to the original story posted on these forums to compare the two.
