Power Munchkin's Anti Magic Troll

Ok, one more time. 32 point-buy antimagic troll.
This is the low-powered "basic" version.
PMAMT ranger2/fighter4/barbarian2 (so he suffers xp penalty, big deal)
Large Giant
Hit Dice: 6d8 troll, 2d10 ranger, 4d10 fighter, 2d12 barbarian + 122 (202 hp, 230 in rage)
Initiative: +4 (dex)
Speed: 40 ft.
AC: 25 (-1 size, +4 dex, +7 natural, +5 adamantine chain shirt)
Attacks: (in rage of course) Claw1 +22/+17/+12, Claw2 +22/+17, Bite +17;
or Large Adamantine Greatsword +25/+20/+15;
or Large Masterwork Mighty Composite Long Bow +17/+12/+7
Damage: (still in rage) Claw1 1d6+14 and poison, Claw2 1d6+8 and poison, Bite 1d6+6;
Large Adamantine Greatsword 2d8+20;
Large Masterwork Mighty Composite Long Bow 2d6+some str modifier from the bow+5 if magic arrows land outside of antimagic+poison
Face/Reach: 5 ft. by 5ft./10 ft.
Special Attacks: REND 2d6+22 (!); some sort of poison on his claws and sword.
Special Qualities: Regeneration 5, scent, darkvision 90 ft., Permanent Antimagic Field 10 ft. radius (which he can turn on and off as a standard action).
Saves: Fort +24 Ref +7 Will +5 (who needs saves in antimagic anyways?)
Abilities: Str 30, Dex 18, Con 28, Int 6, Wis 12, Cha 6
Skills: No many. You can figure them out. +2 to listen and spot from Alertness.
Feats: Alertness, Iron Will (you can swap out standard troll feats for something else if you want to be really twinky), Weapon Focus and Specialization (Claw), Ambidexterity, Two Weapon Fighting, Improved Two-Weapon Fighting, Track, Power Attack, Sunder, Improved Sunder.
Climate/Terrain: Underground, partially flooded maze with lots of troll followers.
Organization: Tribe
Challenge Rating: Between 15 and 18
Treasure: Large Adamantine Greatsword, Adamantine Chain Shirt, Masterwork Large Mighty Composite Bow, Poison Arrows +5, Antimagic Implant. If you really want to put some hurt on the PCs, give him potions and boots of speed. That way he can turn on/off his field using hasted action.
Alignment: Neutral (he just doesn't care )
Advancement: By Character Class
Sunshine Bear... a complex creature. Simple in nature and not easily understandable, this animal requires closer observation. But don't get too close, Sunshine Bear will attack, even if not provoked.
