Half-Bladelings are the cast-out-bastardized decendants of the Xenophobic Bladeling race, co-mingled with some other humanoid race... The half-Bladeling will always be an outcast of the true bladeling society, and as such, rejects the strict/lawful alignment of that culture..shifting instead to Chaotic as a result of such mistreatment
A half-bladeling retains the dull metallic skin of its forebears, spotted with metallic spines, fewer than a true bladeling-, but no less sharp, clustered mainly around the joints.
One of the stereoTypical rituals in the True Bladelings rejection of the Half-breed are the ripping out of these spines, its the rare half_bladeling that doesnt bear deep pitted holes and purplish-blue scars , evidence of the painful removal of their bladeling spines..
The Half-Bladelings eyes gleam like shards of purple ice, and its blood is black and oily...
Immunities
a half-bladeling has gained through its metallic-like skin, acid resistance 10, and is immune to rust attacks despite its metallic hide.

While the appearance of the Half-Bladeling is consistant with the Bladeling parents dull metallic skin , they does differ enough to make identification quite simple..The Half-Bladeling gains the average height/weight of the non-bladeling parent race, as well as the growth of hair, and range of hair colouration of that race as well...although this hair is often more coarse and always straight and rigid...
