Here's a thought.
Time Stop is a Personal spell that does not discharge. Therefore, an Epic Wizard/Sorcerer but even pre-Epic a cleric with Trickery Domain and Divine Metamagic Persistant Spell can cast Persistant Time Stop. Discuss.  |

Unfortunately, it has been attempted and failed before. Time Stop's duration is apparent time, not real time, thus Persistant Spell is not applicable. The duration is effectively instantaneous; see FAQ for further details.
Darken Light, is the lack of darkness. |
