Charging, he has a potential 8 hits+grapple unarmed or 5 hits+two sunders armed:

or
sunder/cleave/sunder/cleave/bite/rake/rake
Shifter feats: Healing Factor, Great Rend, and Shifter Multiattack.
Other feats: Power Attack, Improved Sunder, Combat Brute, Improved Bull Rush, and either Leap Attack, Powerful Charge, or Shock Trooper.
