Step One: Learn Circle of Death
Step Two: Get the metamagic feat Expand Spell
Step Three: Learn Contagion
Step Four: Learn Knowledge (Engineering) and Craft (Blacksmith)
Step Five: Make a container for the TNWs, with a trigger to make them all go off at once. Have the container hold 4-8 TNWs.
Step Six: Create the vessel for the spells. ((The TNW))
Step Seven: Cast the spells into the vessel, both Metamagicked with Expand (or Empower, or both)
Step Eight: Repeat steps Six and Seven 3-7 more times.
Step Nine: Load vessels into the container.
Step Ten: Find a goblin, tell him he'll be rich if he just carries this "box" into the enemy territory.
Step Eleven: Hide and watch the death.
