So, in the interest of actually running a game online, I've decided to put a bullet in the head of the game, and reboot it completely. It will be taking place in the same world with the same general stuff occuring, but for the most part it'll be an all new game.
So.. if you are in fact interested, go give Strange Days a glance-over to see if it's something you'd be interested in, and report back here. I'll have character creation rules up shortly..
*edit* Here they are.
Races - Human, Gnome, Halfling, Half-Elf. No Dwarves, Orcs, or Half-Orcs. If you want to play an Elf, there's some extra stuff I'll need to go over with you via e-mail.
Classes - No Sorcerors or Druids. And if you chose Monk, be warned that you will not be a Monk as per the PHB, but more like a Boxer. Kicks will be completely unknown to you, as will some of the Monk Weapons.
Boxers can use club, crossbow (light or heavy), dagger, handaxe, javelin, quarterstaff, gauntlets, and sling. Boxers are of any alignment.
Class Skills: The Boxers's class skills are Balance, Climb , Concentration, Craft, Escape Artist, Hide, Intimidate, Jump, Knowledge (Local), Listen, Move Silently, Perform, Profession, Swim, and Tumble.
A boxer using gauntlets can strike with his or her unarmed base attack, including her more favorable number of attacks per round, etc etc. Damage is 1d8. (In other words, at level 4, it's exactly the same as the normal UA damage)

Background Information.
250 Years Ago, a Paladin of the Dark Goddess Argos named Thurston Mascus conquered almost the entire known world. The Alaghi and the Centaurs retreated to the Southern Deserts across the wasteland. The Deserts sealed their borders to all who make it across the wasteland, and all who approach never return. No one can say for certain what happens to them.
The only other area free of Thurston's rule is a (formerly) small town named, apropriately enough, Freetown. Formerly a lawless town home to pirates and cutthroats, it now houses nearly 1,000,000 refugees. Most live in the countryside to the north, farming and providing food for the others. A "small" percentage live in the city proper, in horrible conditions. The only glimmer of a way out is to join the Resistance, which the city unofficially supports. The current mayor, an elf named Medulla, is unwilling to support the Rebellion openly, but it is a ill disguised rumor that he sits on the council of the Rebellion itself.
Those joining the Revolution find they are trained in whatever abilities they find themselves most able to perform. A small clan of Barbarians from the north helps, as do several learned magi. Clerics of all the major gods, and the minor as well spread their religion to all who will listen. Even clerics of the other, "evil" gods are tolerated, as every cleric knows that the goddess Argos has somehow gathered far more power than her station deserves, and she has become a threat even to her fellow Evil deities.
Long ago, as Thurston was consolidating his power, the Dwarven Nations closed their doors. A few years later, a lone dwarf staggered into Freetown, proclaiming that vampires had taken his kin, and that no realm under the earth was safe. Over the next few years, five more dwarves arrived. These six are the only ones suspected to be free of the vampiric curse, and sadly, all six are male.
When one joins the Resistance, though those in command frown on the practice, and punish those caught, a standard initiation ritual includes venturing into a supposed "Dwarven Vampire Infested Tunnel" as a measure of bravery. While many newcomers claim to see Vampires in the tunnel, no claims have been substantiated. Well, almost no claims. Still, the tunnel has been inspected several times, both by man and magic. It is completely sealed from the rest of the underdark, making it "safe". Of course, no one tells the recruits this.
_____
God List. And it should be noted that these gods have a very lax religious structure. There are few organized churches, even for the Lawful ones. Most of the "Churches" are nothing more than enlarged shrines. And there is little heiarchy in the priestly order. Usually one cleric is choses by his(or her) bretheren to lead, in the case of the Lawful Gods, and accepted by his (or her) deity; or one selects himself and no one disagrees, in the case of the Neutral Gods; Or no one even bothers, in the Chaotic God's example.

Legendary Deities (These Deities neither desire worshipers, or give powers to those who follow them. But they are respected, as it is they who forged the world from nothing)
Bethalon - Earth, Fire, Disorder (Major Deity) CE
Levoreda - Air, Water, Order (Major Deity) LG
Bethalon and Levoreda created the world out of nothing, and created the Gods to populated it. Before life was created, Ne'ral was slain, though few know how or why. Needing the Evil Gods to be equal to the Gods of Good, Bethalon and Levoreda split the Goddess Ar'Gosha into Argos and Sha. Both Goddesses resent the split, though it is in Sha's nature to do so. Sha has sworn vengeance on Bethalon and Levoreda, but one suspects the Legendary Deities would have expected no less. Argos reacted differently, becoming completly insane. To see her work, one need look no farther than the platypus.
It should also be noted that anyone with even a basic understanding of religion (1 rank in Knowledge:Religion) knows that Bane was once neutral, but the perception of the mortal population changed her so that she was evil, and even made it so that she always was evil. Such is the way of belief.
