I've been searching all over the web for some sort of list. It seems like every game on this forum is play by post. Am I in the right forum? If I'm not, tell me where to find a play group... If I am, I'm a player seeking a group. I would prefer to play a monk. I am experienced at RL roleplaying, but can't find a group in my (new) area. Anyone want me? Sigh. Any help will be great.

I myself still have a fairly foggy idea of what IRC is and how to use it and so on (it's like Instant Messaging? No?), and so while I may not be of much help to you, I might be an indicative sample of the board . . .
