If you read Andorax's post, you'll note that he rules that H3 and H6 violate the contingent squares rule (all summoned creatures brought in by a spell have to be summoned into adjacent squares). Rather than disqualify you for violating the rules, he adjusted the square selection to the closest legal squares.
